Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique based on the channeling of energy through touch. Reiki activates the natural healing processes of your body to restore physical and emotional well-being. Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
Massage
We offer two beautiful massage styles: Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient blend of massage, acupressure, assisted stretching and meditation, often referred to as a form of passive yoga. We also offer Remedial massage which relieves sore or knotted muscles through soft tissue therapy.
Physiotherapy
Balanced Yoga is lucky enough to be home to Melissa Vincent. Mel is both a Physiotherapist and an Exercise Physiologist with 23 years experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. In her sessions Mel will help determine the best possible movement for your body in the event of injury, post surgery recovery or chronic pain, as well as help you maintain a safe yoga or pilates practice.
